"mit-UNi-D-cns" ELECTRIC ACTUATOR
The 90-degree rotary electric actuator (UM/R series) is available with a valve body adapter compliant with ISO 5211 standards, offering torque ranges from 90 kgf·cm² to 35,000 kgf·cm². The appropriate model is selected based on customer requirements, and customized systems are also available upon request.
The UM/R series actuators deliver a smooth, reliable, and robust drive system. Each unit is equipped with a mechanical pointer indicator, allowing the valve position to be monitored directly from the actuator or remotely via wiring to the control box. In the event of a power failure, all models are equipped with a manual override to ensure uninterrupted operation.
In addition, we offer a wide range of actuator options, including proportional control drives, 24-hour continuous-duty actuators, vertical-operating drives (rotary or linear), high-frequency working actuators, and failsafe actuators. Proportional control models (90-degree rotary or linear type) enable the valve opening position to be precisely adjusted according to current or voltage signals, making them suitable for maintaining a constant temperature.
Optional features include unpowered micro-motion opening, VR variable resistance, proportional controllers, relays, overheat protectors, thermostat controllers, and simple field wiring controllers.
